(But one day... these might actually be Frequently Asked)
Welcome to the land of questions no one’s actually asked yet… but I’ve answered them anyway because I’m proactive (and slightly anxious). If you're wondering something and it’s not covered below, it’s either too obvious or too weird. but, I’m all ears!
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship to:
Australia & New Zealand
Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD (you little legend)
Orders under $75? A flat fee applies depending on product and location.United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Most of Europe
We ship to you too, but rates and delivery times vary depending on what you order and where you live. We’ll calculate it all for you at checkout, because math is hard.
If your country isn’t listed, it’s not personal. Just logistical. Or other good reason.
How long will it take to get my order?
To be honest… who knows!? Good things take time, man. And so do slightly fabulous merch. Each item is made specials just for you, which means:
Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: Usually 5–10 business days (depends on your region)
We’ll keep you posted with tracking info :)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you accidentally lost your address and need changes made, please contact us ASAP. Once production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed! But we’ll do our best to help.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Not good! Nope ~ not the vibe we were going for! If something’s wrong with your order, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. Send us a photo and a short description and we’ll get it sorted, no drama, no fuss.
Will I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes, you will! As soon as your order is confirmed, a receipt will be sent to your email. You’ll also receive tracking details once your item ships. Because we’re fancy and responsible like that.
Can I return or exchange items?
Since everything is printed just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a quality issue (damaged, defective, etc.).
